- To use S4, simply e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Time to initial response: For critical incidents, one hour; for non-critical incidents, four hours.
Initial annual fees for S4 contract support are based on the number of active Elite timekeepers*. For a very reasonable fee per timekeeper, per year, you and
your system can rely upon the acknowledged experts in Elite Enterprise engineering.

- Base fee includes 10x5 (09:00ET – 16:00PT) coverage on business days.
