  • Backup, recovery & disaster recovery
  • Server and network performance analysis

  • SQL Server Integrated Services package troubleshooting and design
  • Server operation and configuration analysis, including review of:
    • Windows & SQL Server configuration
    • Standard administrative tasks
    • Windows, SQL Server & Elite log files
    • For S4 customers, automatic opening of incidents when indicated
  • Document Studio template design & troubleshooting
  • Enterprise/Webview form customization
  • Enterprise VB scripting
  • Custom reporting / data analysis
  • Custom interface / 4GL development
    • Development of custom interfaces to external software or processes. E.g., Equitrac, OFAC/OFSI/UKHM

  • To use S4, simply e-mail us at support@syndet.com.
  • Time to initial response: For critical incidents, one hour; for non-critical incidents, four hours.

 

Fees

Initial annual fees for S4 contract support are based on the number of active Elite timekeepers*. For a very reasonable fee per timekeeper, per year, you and your system can rely upon the acknowledged experts in Elite Enterprise engineering.

Support coverage

  • Base fee includes 10x5 (09:00ET – 16:00PT) coverage on business days.
  • After hours, weekend and holiday coverage available for an additional hourly fee.
